Shipping policy

 

Wild One ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $90 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection in cart and at checkout to help cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Customers who purchase Shipping Protection are eligible for expedited support and resolution for qualifying shipping issues.

If Shipping Protection is declined, we will still do our best to assist with carrier investigations and package recovery where possible, but replacement or refund requests for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be limited and are not guaranteed.
